Delivery Orders
- All sales for food purchased through the website are final.
- If the customer receives an incorrect order, the full amount will be refunded.
- If the food is damaged or unsatisfactory, the customer must contact customer support and provide evidence (e.g., photo or video) within 30 minutes of receiving the order, then purchaser may return items, either through delivery or in person, and purchaser will be refunded the original purchase amount.
- Return shipping will not be refunded.
- If the customer refuses to accept the order upon delivery, the full amount will be charged.
- Customers who refuse delivery multiple times may be blacklisted from future orders.
Catering Orders
- Guest count or details can be modified 72 hours before the event without extra charges.
- Changes within less than 72 hours may incur a 25% surcharge of the catering value.
- Cancellations more than 6 days before the event receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 6 days of the event will incur a 50% charge.
- Any damage to or loss of equipment during the event will be charged to the client.
- Notify us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at least 72 hours before the event.
The restaurant reserves the right to modify policies without prior notice.
